Who We Are

The Homeschool Chapel is a weekly community & outreach ministry partner of Watkins Chapel Baptist Church in Middlesex, North Carolina. We are a Christian homeschooling ministry. All of our events and resources will be presented from a Christian perspective. With that said, everyone is welcome whether you attend Watkins Chapel Baptist Church or not. Participation is FREE. However, donations to help cover costs are welcome.

Some events and field trips may have a fee, but we will try to keep them as low as possible.

We will never let costs become a hindrance to participation.

Our goal is to connect and minister to homeschooling families. Within this ministry, we will have weekly gatherings as well as various types of activities, events, and mission projects to enrich the lives of our larger homeschooling community as well as the world around us.

Director: Billy Rice – Pastor

Communications: Katherine Rice

  • COMMUNITY – Promote friendships among children and families that will last a lifetime.
  • COMMITMENT – Devote ourselves to praying for and serving the homeschool families in our community

While this community is growing by leaps and bounds, it is largely overlooked by many of our churches. We want to change that.
